My brother suffered from depression last year and it effected the whole of my family. It was awful to watch, and I remember having to witness him actually cutting himself once when he thought nobody was around. It was a bad time but I had to pull myself together and grin and bear it so that my Mum would be ok.

When I moved from primary to secondary school, in a different suburb altogether, I was the odd kid out, and was badly picked up on (not only was I from different background, I was also the best student in the class). That was horrible. It wasn’t only verbal, but also physical. I hated school. So after school I started taking Karate lessons. Not onc more…

head on confrontation, is not always the best way to know what's happening or to resolve problem. This is the reason that women, often do better than men in many situations.

Don't think that what you describe is limited to school kids. It repeats all your life. Socially, at work. So learning to be smart in this situations, focusing on more…

Personally, I spoke to some close friends first. I had decided I was bi, but as it turns out I was just kidding myself because I thought it would be more acceptable to friends and family. I'm gay, and luckily the people that matter to me accept that - but I was really worried about telling my dad and my older brother.

So I don't think I would tell him if I were you. You don't know for sure, you are probably not yet ready to come out. At 15 do we really know our sexuality? Today more…
